Played in lots of bands.  Did a lot of recording.  Put some years behind me learning how to use the technology, learning how to craft a song,   learning how to be a small part of the business and hopefully, learning how to be an artist.  Now I do what I enjoy, no more and no less. 

SMP lives and breathes in my basement in Smithtown, NY.  Started from scratch (bare concrete) and did it up right - off-angle control room dimensions, not too live, not too dead.  All the usual suspects - Pro-Tools, Mackie,  KRK, TOA, AKG, DBX,  BBE, Shure, Crown, yada yada.  Guitars are Fender, Gibson and Martin. Keyboards are Roland, Korg and M-Audio.  Reason synths and samplers.
